VIRUS ALERT that wont go away

i keep getting different mcafee pop ups indicating virus alert of spyware-webhancer.dr saying its in local/temp/$7f6429etc....... and i keep getting once with different extensions, how do i remove this, it says the mcaffee cant do it... thanks

Ajmukon is correct.
The file McAffee is alerting on is an installer for the real malware, so the real bad stuff may be hidden. Post the log and follow the advice until it is declared cleaned.
