Hello, I currently have multiple computers that are expericing the same error.
Every 2 hours or so the computers will pop up with an error message along the lines of: Service and App has experienced an error and needs to shut down. Please save all important files.
If you do not click ok and move the window, it will proceed normally for up to 5 minutes then a smaller screen will pop up and say something like NT/AUTH has given permission for your computer to shut down in 60 seconds. The timer in this box counts down to 0 and restarts.
I have run McAfee, AVG, Adaware 6.0, Super Anti Spyware to no avail. It doesn't detect anything on the 3 computers I have tested so far. I have HiJack This log files which I will add tommorow to this post however they are not with me at the moment. Have to admit I am stumped. I saw alot of references to a possible w32 wurm however when I scan with various programs, it doesn't detech anything. I am willing to try whatever tools you feel are necessary.
At last count, I have 8 affected computers attached to a VPN out of 150 computers. They run off of 5 different servers. I am just concerned with the individual pc's at this point however as that is what I am in charge of fixing. Any help would be appriaciated.
