:) Hello one and all. This is my 1st time posting on this forum so please be gentle! Having read some posts i thought why not join up and make use of some of the wealth of information on this site.

The main reason for joining is the dilemma im in. You probably gathered that from the title of the thread.

Im an IT graduate from the UK but as always all post grads are faced with the catch 22 situation of no experience-no job, well a descent one anyway.

I studied Multimedia Computing to be precise in which i covered preety much a borad base of all aspects of computing from programming to networking. I soon relaised i wasn't really a programmer and headed for the hardware route. Im currently in an entry level position as an IT supoort officer and am looking to progress asap. I have aquired my ITIL foundations and MOUS certs but am looking to do one of the Microsoft courses but WHICH ONE?
i dont want to do one that will be quickly outdated,
should i do MCSE, MCDPT, MCDBA, CCNA,??
Im trying to get my foot in to an academic institution like a college or university to hopefully progress in to an IT MANAGEMENT OR PROJECT MANAGEMENT POSITION as i enjoy working on projects and acheiving results. I can't see myself providing user support for ever.

help pls as i really want to progress but dont want to make the wrong decision!:(
