Should I overclock or underclock my RAM??

My Q6600 @ 3.4Gz P5E (380MzFSB). Should I overclock my Ballistix Tracer DDR2-1066 to higher frequency, or lower the frequency to 761Mz (1:1) and tighten the timing. I am mostly gaming!

obviously overclock. my ram overclocked from 800 to 900 easy when i overclocked my e6750 to 3.6, it just took an increase in voltage, from 1.8v to 2.2v

do it at a 4:5 ratio

I don't suggest overclocking 1066 RAM, only because you don't need to. But if you absolutely MUST play with it, you are always better off upping the voltage and OC'ing to squeeze out that extra .05% performance gain.
