Is it possible to change your clock on your windows to military time?

I don't know of any way within Windows itself.
Last summer I downloaded a third-party program that had a few options such as Digital read-out and/or military time. Everything remained in the right-hand corner.
Kind of liked it, but lost it during a re-format of the HDD.
I'll browse around a little this evening and see if I can find the download again.
Luck.
