Averatec: Screen issues.

The LCD only shows an image when I hold the screen in a certain manner (slightly forward, or back, and holding it down firmly). Do you think it is a mere loose-connection issue, or something greater?

If so, how can I fix it?

Loose or broken ribbon cable...most likely.

Followed by a fault in the back light circuitry.
