Download speedfan and let us know your temps on idle and load times. It's probably your thermal paste that is becomming less efficent. As long as the fan on the cpu spins with air blowing inward your fine... also make sure your heatsink is dusted out.

I can see that english is not ttmari_Jose's first language, so I want to clarify what the issue is.

The CPU is running too hot and he wants to know how to cool it down.

I'm going to go ahead and assume given the username that his/her language is spanish and try to answer in that language.

What happened to jose? Maybe I should answer in english?
I could have been incorrect in assuming his language was spanish.

How do you know the CPU is overheating? Did the PC shut itself off? Did you use a program that monitors your temps? If not, use speedfan and tell us the temps, please. Also, please tell us what type of CPU you have.

To have an aux. fan you have to have a case that has aux. fans. It is not possible to put a fan in a case that does not include one... it's possible, but not without modding.

If only the CPU is overheating, you can buy an after market cpu cooler like a Zalman or Arctic Cooling one. It's possible that the HSF of the CPU is not installed incorrectly.

Finally, the Fan that is on the motherboard is to cool down the FSB, that's all.
