Hi All-

My new 42' LCD TV only has HDMI connections and my laptop only has VGA connection. My initial thoughts were I could use my TV as a monitor but my connections don't match up. I use vga to vga for my plasma but there is no vga input on my LCD. I heard I cannot use a VGA to HDMI converter because it won't work.....How am I going to get my tv turned into a monitor....I could buy a desktop w/ HDMI connections but that will be pricey....Any help is appreciated.
