have 2 computers hooked up wirelessly and one hardwired to the router. a couple of days ago, the one hooked up directly starts hanging on certain sites.
for example, i could pull up google.com, but when entering any search terms, it would hang at "waiting for google.com" and wouldn't ever pull it up. same thing would happen with a ton of seemingly random sites.
hooked up a different computer directly, and it worked fine for about 24 hours, and now it's doing the SAME thing with the same sites, including puilling up google, but hanging on search terms.
called comcast. they had me flush dns and register dns, and clear internet files and cookies. didn't help. a senior tech is supposed to call me in a day or two
what might be going on? how might i fix it?
