OK,i am @ a loss?I just purchased Tiger Woods 2008 and a wireless xbox 360 game controller for Windows. When i push the center button on the controller the battery Status comes up and says it is full, but when i go into the game i cant move the cursor, none of the buttons do anything, etc.?The Tiger Woods game says supported gamepads "Microsoft Xbox 360 controller for windows"along with 2 logitech gamepads.Mine is the wireless edition but i wouldnt think that matters. What gives and this is my first controller i have owned and not sure if maybe i am doing something wrong, compatibility issue or failed controller? Thanks in advance.

I tried 3 years in a row with two different controllers to play Tiger Woods on my PC and it just doesn't work. And to boot -- it's possibly the worst supported computer game.
I know I don't help you in the slightest, but best of luck I know many people who successfully play with controllers I just happen to not care enough to figure it out.
Only thing I can contribute is updating the controller drivers. Theres a lot out there for the 360 controller.

I have been playing Tiger Woods on computer starting with the 99' version and have always used the KB and mouse. Currently have 2007. I have never seen any reason to use a controller. Never had any difficulty using the mouse to swing. Yeah it took me a little while to get used to it, but within a couple days I was swinging straight and true.
Currently the only games I use a controller for are Need for Speed and NBA. And that's just a $15 controller from wally world.
Sorry that probably doesn't help you either. :p

From what I understand, the Xbox 360 WIRED controller is plug and pray with Windows.
