internet by CDMA

I need some advice, I want to use internet 24/7 via CDMA modem.

What modem would you suggest for this purpose.

I would also use NOKIA mobile phone to do this while I'm mobile. What type of NOKIA should I use.

Here in the US, you can purchase laptop wireless access cards from the wireless phone provider, and I understand it is the same in the UK.
I don't know what choices you have since you did not disclose your posting location.
