I am currently into search for a new pc .
I 'll change everything in my current pc . ( not the sorrounding devices ).
After some search and advices i have concluded on this :

I would really like to hear some more opinions about my choice or if i should change something .

This doesn't really belong in the core hardware forum, but since we're all a nice set of blokes here I'll go ahead and answer anyway.

Apevia? Eh. They're all right cases, but you're probably better off with something a bit more state-of-the art. Lian Li is great, NXZT is good and Cooler Master is the reigning king of pc cases. Thermaltake is also a good choice, but you can't go wrong with Antec, either.

X48 is a great chipset from what I hear. You should have no worries there.
I LOVE my Q6600. I was going to OC or upgrade... but I've never had any reason to.

8800 GT delivers the most bang for the buck of any video cards on the market, so well researched!

Kingston has a good reputation. Make sure your motherboard supports the 1066 MHZ RAM clock speeds, or else it will clock your RAM down and you'll have wasted some money on faster modules.

The hard drive is a standard hard drive. If you don't mind spending the money you can get yourself a high performance velociraptor drive which will make a big difference in load times.

928 Euro is about what, $1400 usd? You can probably get a better deal if you hunt around a bit. I'm not too sure what websites deliver to Europe, perhaps some of our European users can help out?
