Not sure about that, but I think you can get the answer from Dell.

I thought that was one of their boasts about the Vostro line? Not sure though. Perhaps that is one way they cut cost to keep prices lower.

Ah, I remember they said "dedicated to small business", but that doesn't mean local.

Asking Dell is probably the best way to find out.

I should have done just that while I was asking about the North American support.
Turns out that the North American support is labeled as the "ProSupport" @ an additional 168.00USD for 2 years and up!:eek:
