Hello everyone,
Since I am about to buy my new PC I was wondering what you guys thought was the best cooling system for a PC? I am not looking to over-clock my system but would like it to run at the lowest temp to ensure a long life.
Thanks

well air cooling is for most people but water cooling is very effective if you have the time money and patience to but it all together.
What is your budget?

I would like to keep in below $70 but if there is a great system out there I will pay more

for $70 i would recommend buying air cooling, a ZALMAN 9500 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118223) are u planning on adding any other extra cooling to any other parts of your rig
also dont forget a good thermal paste ;)

Besides the case fans no, but if they sell some for the GPU then I would like to buy one for that aswell.
Many/most video cards these days include a cooler. As long as you don't plan on overclocking the stock cooler should be fine for keeping your card within tolerances. The only problem may be the noise, as the stock coolers can be a bit on the noisy side.
