MyComp - right click - properties - performance - file system - hard disk

My question is I've heard you can get better performance if you set your comp as a network server, what better performance and what is the tradeoff?

Less accessing the hard drve by increasing the file cache in memory...so the trade off would be a little less RAM available, but if you have a lot of RAM to begin with (over 128MB) then it should be a problem...
