Whenever i try to launch TF2 from steam where i downloaded and bought the game from, i always ge this message when it is loading "sound caches" and then the game closess out and this pops out

"hl2.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

WTF, i checked on this site

http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/bonus/t/analysis2.tmpl?PHPSESSID=399bb00a0503d83d3bee603d3 ed4933c

and it says i passed the minimal requirements, so why the heck is this is doing this to me!!!

Could be overheating (or lots of other things as well) but where do you use your laptop?

does it have alot of ventilation?

That may be your problem laptops are not "meant" to be left on for 18-20 hours a day ;)

turn if off for a few hours and let it cool, then turn it back on put it on a solid desk and run TF2 see if it runs any better

so just let it go off for a few hours then check it out?> cause i uninstalled steam and tf2 when i kept getting blue screens, and everytime i turned off and turned on , i turns up as 8 bit and i manually put it tp 32 bit
