PC to TV

hey i got this old dell dimension 4600 with Integrated Intel Extreme Graphics 2 graphics card with a regular VGA output.

I wanna connect it to my TV which supports component, S video, and RCA inputs.

any suggestions as to what i should get? or even if my PC supports TV out?

Basically, with what you currently have, no extra hardware...no, it doesn't.

You can get a pretty cheap card that supports s-video out. I got an ATI 9200 at least 2-3 years ago off of "the auction site" and only paid around $50 back then. It's not a great card by any means but it supports dual monitors, s-video out, and it's still running strong.
