Hi everyone. I hope you can help me with my problem. I have been using my current laptop for 3 years now, and I think I have keep it in good shape.
In the beginning, the fan will only spin when the CPU is working at its full capacity, and at all other times it'll be quiet and you can hardly hear the spinning at all. But since the beginning of this year, the fan that is underneath the laptop starts spinning at all times, becoming really loud and making the surface of the laptop really hot too. It starts spinning and becoming hot the moment I turn it on, and even so when I just left it on with nothing running and go eat dinner. I think there's too much dust inside?
And on last Saturday, while I was just on the computer online, it shuts off automatically. I had to restart the computer by pressing the button again. And today just now, it did it again.
I am just wondering, does the laptop shutting down automatically have anything to do with the fan being so loud and hot all the time? If so, should I open it and maybe try to use one of those air compressors thing to blow out the dust? Or should I just go to a shop instead?
