i want to show some pictures of my PC and step by step guides on certain aspects of modding, where should i post this?
or can we have a brand new section of the forum titling "MODDING" :D
things i think would be good to post in there
-How to mod cases
-Share your mods
-Post pictures of modded rigs
-Guide on modding such as CPU lapping, wire mods etc
-People can ask for help with certain mods
would fit nicely withing the Special Interest Forums (SIFs) section
Just a thought
This is another section that has been suggested before...but unlike some of the others, this one didn't get made because it didn't seem like there would be enough usage in it. At the time, case modding and such wasn't as big of a deal as it is now. It was extremely rare and very difficult to do something like water cooling (basically had to 'roll your own') when this idea was last proposed...
Maybe the time has come?

I agree on adding this section. I have some things that I would post there but have put elsewhere, and if no one else is into the section, me and George can have some mono y mono conversations...jk,jk
But, really, I would enjoy this section...
I would add upgrades to it.
Currently there is a Buying and Upgrading Advice Section, but I would like a Modding and Upgrading Section. It would be more for people to post pics and descriptions of what they have already done, rather then what they are planning to do...
I second the motion for a Modding and Upgrading Section...
I personally think it would give people with lack of knowledge about hardware (or much of hardware) [like myself] a better concept of how hardware would work.

I also think this is one of the better suggestions for a new forum. Modding is very prevalent now so it would be great for those that are into it to have a dedicated section. Even if it is as simple of a mod as cutting a new hole for a fan.
I think it would go nicely in the "PC Hardware" forum. :)
Ok, so let's do a quick poll...
