Will a 750w PSU be enough to run 3 9800 GTX?
No...
Just because it is X Watts doesn't mean it is appropriate/good.
More specifics on the 750W power supply would be helpful in determining whether or not that specific one would work...

This thing is like $170 w shipping and tax. If any 1 knows one that is cheaper post it plz.
Who makes them? Model numbers???
A genuinechinesejunk PSU that is rated at 10,000W may not be enough, but a quality moderate to high end model from a reliable manufacturer, in the 600W range could be plenty.
It isn't about the sheer number of Watts...it is all about the quality.

The minimum power required per card is 450 watts X 3 = 1,350 watts. Assuming a 80% working power, then your would require 1350/0.8 = 1,687 or 1,700 power supply.
Since the nominal minimum power label is based for a single stand-alone system and in your case you will be using a single CPU/fans/others configuration with three video cards (I mean not three stad-alone systems) you might be able to make it run with a 1600 watts PSU. Dont take any risk, thou. If you can get a 1,800 watts PSU you will be in the safe side. ;)
However as mjc said, quality has a significant impact. Look up for a NMIC (Not Made in China) PSU. :D
Regards. :)

If you have many drives (optical and HDD) and more than one expansion card, and if you're talking about 9800 GTX (not 9800 GTX+) vid cards, and if you do any OC'ing, then you may find 750W to be a bit tight. Otherwise, it's fine.
Triple-SLI and Triple-CrossFireX certifications for PSU's usually start at 700W and go up from there. It all depends on how much hardware you're running.
