Heya, Folks.

I am looking around for an upgrade in a Dell Dimension 4600 that uses DDR333 and DDR400. I went to the web and found some OCZ PC3200 DDR400 memory for an afforable price. However, when I went the Kingston's website, it is offering a more expensive one that supposely is just perfect for my system. I am afraid that if I got the OCZ for less money, there will be incompatibility issues.

The question is that: are all DDR PC3200 RAM Memory the same for all systems?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks.:)

Actually can take at least 2 speeds:

Just remember the PC can only go as fast as the slowest memory installed, adding anything faster runs at the slowest speed.

Thanks, PrntRhd. The system has a 512 PC2700 (333) however I plan to make an upgrade to PC3200 so the effective speed will be 200Mhz.

Thanks a lot. :)
