Guys I need a help my laptop Mobo fail and I have succesfully changed it work with new HD running on XP but my previous one was a Vista. Problem is when ever I running in an old HD with my Vista it doesn't boot. It keep on re starting with some blue screen and error. Sad is I'm not able to read the errors since its resetting so fast. is this a Hardware issue? I tried it on other laptop and it works fine

No, it is a by design Windows issue...the install of Vista you had was tied to the old hardware. You will need to at least do a 'repair' install of Windows, if not a complete reinstall.
