I have a computer here for a friend of mine and it has windows vista installed. Where do you find "Run" to enter your command lines? I am not familiar with windows vista at all.
Help!

In the search box in the start menu, you can just type run and press Enter. The good ol' run box comes up.

To put it back in the menu customise Start. Flying Windows + R works just as in WinXP.

You all probably know this already - but running all applications can be fraught with problems in Vista because of a lack of admin "confirmation". If running or opening programs doesn't have them work as intended/expected then try right clicking on the exe (or its shortcut) and choose "Run As Administrator". I don't know what one does from the run box unless there is some sort of switch one could add to the command.
