New graphics card

I've been looking for a new Graphics card for an Inspiron 700m, and I can't seem to find any video cards compatible with my laptop. If anyone can, I would like for someone to help me with finding a graphics card, such as a link or just some suggestions. I'm actually looking for a video card with 256mb, Pixel Shader, Vertex Shader, and Harware Transform and Lighting.

You cannot upgrade the graphics in that laptop. That is why you can't find any cards for it.

Laptops are not like desktops. You can't just slap a video card in it. To make things worse your laptop is almost an ultra portable with a 12" screen? My guess without looking up the specs is they didn't even offer any dedicated video cards for that model from the start.
