Big Adware problem, Internet Speed Monitor

Im not quite sure how or where I got it but a few days ago, this program called Internet Speed Monitor latched onto my PC, it basically keeps generating popups constantly. I went into my add or remove programs section of the control panel and got rid of it there, as well as checking my task manager and I cant find it, I also used my search function and found all files of it, ISM, ISM 2, Internet Speed Monitor, and deleted all of them and it still comes back. I've used many different Adware removal programs and the only one that detects it is Super Anti Spyware, but after I remove it using the program, it comes back a day later and i have to remove it again.

It seems it keeps reinstalling itself on my Computer, I was hoping some of you fine people on here could help me with this, I use the PC for games and internet, but one of my family members uses it for work so it's pretty important that I get this taken care of. Thank you in advance :D

Please do the following:


Download this file - combofix.exe (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) to your Desktop (it needs to be run from the Desktop). Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a log for you.


Note:

Do not mouseclick Combofix's window while it is running. That may cause the program to stall...

Then:


Re-boot the system
Post the Combofix Log
Post a new HJT log
Tell us how the system is running.
