Alright, So I've had my laptop for about a year and a half now and it's been having problems of only lasting 15 minutes. I know that the only way to fix this problem is to buy a new battery. Now, my question, does anyone have any tips of how to keep my battery from having thisproblem again? of only lasting 15 min?

How long does the battery take to completely charge up? If it's around 15 minutes or less then something is preventing the battery from being fully charged. If it's anything much longer than 15 minutes that would indicate a different problem.
If you're going to buy a new battery, I would suggest a local store with a return policy so that you can test to make sure it's the battery and not the charger or laptop.
p.s. Like one of the articles said, you might not be able to prevent batteries from naturally aging.
