Here are couple of questions about the forums.
1. Why does a topic fail to load afte a certain amount of replys and is there a magic number of replys?

2. When you first enter the bulbs are yellow indicating new posts but if you enter a topic and click on a link the bulbs dissaper. you really arent leaving or refreshing so why does this happen?

The answer to 1 is It shouldn’t make any difference how many replies are in a thread it should load.
You may be running into a time out on the part of your browser.

2 is the fault of your Browser
I have the same problem with IE6
I Have gotten into the habit of not clicking on links in threads.

I have found that it works best to Open another instance of the browser and copy the link then past it into the other browser ..

If you turn your settings for page refresh to "once per session" or "never" it should keep the bulbs yellow until you manually refresh the page...notice I said should, because IE is not 100% standards compliant it may not handle the refresh correctly... http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/rolleyes.gif
