Custom LED's inside your case? Or do you mean like LED Power and Resets or what?
If you just want LED's inside your case you:
1)Buy the LED's you want. (They have to be for a computer. Look at Newegg or at Xoxide.com).
2)Install them using some form of adhesive or velcro. The lights usually come with something to mount them with but it's not always the best. I recommend 3M #4010 Double Sided Adhesive Tape.
3)The lights will come with a molex power connector and probably some sort of inverter. You plug the lights into the inverter (which is also mounted like the lights) and the inverter into a 4-pin MOLEX from your PSU.
Then your good to go. The lights will come on with the PC. Be wary though, the cables on most Cold Cathodes are short. If cable management is important to you, then you need to be careful. I assume that the LED lights also have short cables.
I would also recommend cold cathodes instead of LED's. If you are planning to light the hole case, then go cold cathodes. If you want to highlight something, then go with an LED laser...
Hope this helps.
If you have any more questions then just ask.

simple 5 steps
1) go to newegg (or store of your choice)
2) buy blue (or any other colour of your choice :D) cold cathode
3) wait for the van/car/lorry
4) unpack, turn off PC and unplug, position cold cathodes, plug into molex
5) turn on PC and be mesmerized by the pretty lights :p :D
