Well the "DSP" may refer to the Service Pack-1 being included.

DSP means “Delivery Service Partner.” It is a version of OEM software used by smaller computer manufacturers and system builders.
OEI = Original Equipment Installation

Yes, thanks Yoda74.
So, would that be a "full" version of the OEM OS?

So I click on the Manufacturer info tab and then on the
Manufacturer Product Page (http://oem.microsoft.com/public/seo/vista.htm) link and on this page MS states,
"To download the system builder version of Windows Vista SP1, you must be enrolled in the Microsoft Partner Program."
So, what is it that Newegg would be selling me?

sassie05, it would seem it's just a verbiage change. I believe it is the same as the OEM that we are used to seeing.
"To download the system builder version of Windows Vista SP1, you must be enrolled in the Microsoft Partner Program."
I am going to say that is a vista image download for those enrolled in the program that previously bought a bunch of OEM vista disks (licenses) pre SP1 and will allow them to install vista with SP1 without installing it separately.
Nothing you have to worry about. :)
