HI there:

I have an important document that is written in wps. format. But I DO NOT have the Works program that WILL read the document. Anyone got an EDUCATED guess on what type of program/reader/viewer that I can use to view this document? Hint: I've already tried Word, and Word Viewer 2003. I have made attempt, after attempt before I asked you. Please let me know if you have any constructive ideas. Thanks......I can be e mailed at cbeigle0313 yahoo.com

Welcome to http://www.pcguide.com/ubb/pcgubb.gif

If you have Word, did you install the files that will allow viewing WPS files?? If not, that is the first step and probably only one that is required... If you did and it still doesn't read the files, you can try it on a computer that has Works... If it doesn't read then, it is likely the files are corrupt and may be unreadable... I am sure there are other options to view the file if it is not corrupt, but that is the first question to address...
