hallmark card

I have a few office PC's That have become riddled with the message "hallmark card message blocked" from my antivirus. We uce McAffee, the issue is it keeps (every 5 seconds) poppingup, but cannot rid it. McAffee site suggests update dat file and scan, but it does not fix it, it only seems to find it all day long however. Any suggestions on manual removal?
Mcaffee calls it mydoom.gen. Spybot is also installed and ran but same issues. Thanks in advance.
