Ok I just bought RAM, but it's two different types of RAM. Anyways I made a pic of how I have it setup, so I was wondering is everything setup properly and will I get the best performance from how it is now? I have Vista Ultimate 64 if that matters.

Yep that should be fine,

The only thing you really have to worry about when using "Different" ram is when the speed is different as it will only run as fast as the slowest stick.

However they are all DDR2800 so you are good to go.

Yea, although I was told that when you install RAM of different brands, you should make them alternate (put OCZ into white slots, and the G. Skills into the blue). Any truth or benefits to that?

Keep the different brands together. If you split them up you run a greater chance of breaking dual channel mode. Particularly since they have different timings. Not usually a problem if on their own channel, but more likely to cause issues if you mix them.

Most boards use the same colors to put the two sticks in, but there are some that alternate the colors. You should consult the mobo manual to double check which way they should go. Usually start with the first pair and put them in the way the manual says as if they are the only ones you are going to put in, then fill the other two slots with the other pair and you will be fine.
