I have another problem with this pc I posted a problem a few days ago about
it not wanting to upgrade now that I have upgraded it, it does not boot up the same I goes into BIOS set everything up than it will start up right the
first time than do a restart it do ok than but when I power it off and power
it back on the time and the setting goes back please help

Change the battery would be my first thought. A cr3032 coin cell is the cheapest option.

What components did you upgrade? Memory? Video card?

After you have "setup" your bios settings did you hit F10 to save the settings?
