I am planning to buy a notebook, but confused to choose a brand, kindly suggest me some good brands so that I will be able to make final decision

1920 x 1200 rez on a 17" LCD! Graphics will be super detailed, lots of memory, a video card that is capable yet runs cooler then anything ATI has that is comparable in performance.

Two important questions to answer are:
1. What is your budget?
2. What do you want your laptop to do, i.e., gaming, term papers, routine Office work, internet surfing, watching movies?
