Either the registry is messed-up or the licence has expired I presume. I would contact OUP directly (http://www.oup.com/eltnew/local/global/contact_us/?cc=global).

With my Trojan Hunter program...
I was sent attached to an email, a License.tlf file [tlf = TrojanHunter License File]...
I notice it is also included among the installed program files [perhaps I saved it there].

If I right-click the License.tlf file attached to the email and choose "Open"...
The file type is registered as follows:
"C:\Program Files\TrojanHunter 5.0\InstallLicense.exe" "%1"
So that InstallLicense.exe opens the file ["%1"] and automatically installs the license.

The email explains another method that can be used as follows:
1. Start TrojanHunter Scanner and click "Install License File"

2. Enter your authorization code, which is [long code number given] and
click Install. Your license file will automatically be downloaded and installed.

NOTE: Never reveal the above authorization code to anyone! If someone gets a hold of the authorization code your license could end up being invalidated.

Make sure you keep a copy of your license file or authorization code in a safe
place in case you ever need to reinstall TrojanHunter.

I paid for a 2-year license; how long did you pay for?
Does your program use a method similar to this?
No settings in the registry I expect.
