Hello I have an Advent 7104 and have problems connecting to wireless internet. It is a Sky Broadband NetGear router. Other people in my household have been using it, so the problem does not lie there. However, when I try to connect it stops on Acquiring Network Address, and then never connects. I can connect to other wireless internets, for example next door's BT Homehub, but not the Sky Netgear router.
Any ideas what is up? Would be very very grateful if someone could help

Firstly I'd like to apologise if this is in the wrong section but I am new to the forum.

What version of Windows?
Any firewall software?
Open the Run box -> type in cmd -> when the command box pops up type in ipconfig /a > ip.txt (there is a space between the "g" and the "/"), then copy the ip.txt here. It will probably end up in you My Documents folder...
