This is funny if you like blonde jokes, a woman from Connecticut sued Loreal claiming their blond hair dye made her hair brunette (and ruined her life :p ):

The woman had no packaging, dye, or other evidence Loreal made a mistake in packaging. Loreal's lawyers also pointed out the woman did not do a strand test that Loreal recommended in the instructions on the package.
