The usual way to access ones own profile from another installation is to take ownership of them (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/add-take-ownership-to-explorer-right-click-menu-in-vista/) as an admin in the second OS.

If nothing else you could try Knoppix, as in my sig.

Have you tried logging-on to XP in Safe Mode?

Paul
I can boot my XP even on safemode, One thing I wanted to know I tried to repair my XP using installation disk when I selected R during set up for a repair it goes to Dos Mode and asking for another password.. I dont remember putting any password on my Xp during installations.

I'll read the articles you gave thanks

Thats great. For the future there are two "repairs" from the installation CD. The first takes one to the command prompt in the recovery console where you log on with your name or Administrator and password (hitting enter if there was no password). The second repair comes later when setup should find earlier installed versions and prompt you to repair that installation. It then proceeds like an installation over the previous one (a so called in place upgrade) but retains your data files and programs.
