I am running Windows XP and want to read .xlsm file that a colleague has sent to me, how can I do this?

If you don't have a version of excel that can read it then download the latest Excel Viewer from Microsoft (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel/HA102221731033.aspx).

xmls files are macro-enabled versions of Excel (Office 2007).
