8800gts 512mb

Hi,guys. I just bought the 8800GTS/512MB Gainward(from ebay new). Had/have the 9600GT. I install in pci xpress the 8800 everything is powering up all the fans but no signal on the monitor.It seems that system is booting but cant see anything.Monitor Samsung Syncmaster,its flashing Analog/Digital -i have the dvi connection- after 5 secs monitor is off showing nothing just the on button flashes is on. Did some checks,9600gt back everything works fine.Where can the problem be? before i return it,thanks ever so much!!

forgot to mention,my psu is Tagan 650W,i think enough power there,E8400 Dcore,3Gig ddr2...

Does the 8800 show anything at all..like the BIOS screen?

nothing, is like the monitor doesn't receive any signal from the card. When 9600 connected no problems at all. The shop at ebay described it New but i saw some stickers,one "NO WARRANTY" and the other written with pen, plus the antistatic bag is not included!! and a dodgy yellow tape opened. Maybe is my luck. Any suggestions...

Return it...it definitely was not 'new'.

No anti-static bag means it was opened.
