How do I replace or add the cd-rw to the "send to" menu so I can send files for burning, Win XP Home.

Here's how I just did it:
1. Searched the C: partition for send and various SendTo folders were found.
The one that was interesting and useful was for this user account that I am using.
e.g. C:\Documents and Settings\[user account name]\SendTo
[You might also include it in the default user SendTo folder]
2. Opened that folder in Windows Explorer and right-clicked in the right-hand pane and chose "New->Shortcut".
3. The "Create Shortcut" window opened and I clicked the "Browse" button and chose "X: Compact Disk Drive" [I made it a fixed letter X: on my system], and gave the shortcut the name "Disk in Optical Drive", and clicked OK.
Looks like Job Done, but...
On my Win2000Pro system the OS doesn't include the native ability to burn CD's.
When I try to send an ISO file for the UBCD4Win to a CD-RW disk in my DVD-RW drive a warning is displayed by Windows as follows:
"Cannot copy...Files on this CD-ROM drive are read-only. You cannot copy or move files over to this CD-ROM drive."
