Recycle Bin is missing

How can I put back my recycle bin to my desktop??? VISTA os

Right click on an empty space of your desktop> Choose personalize> in the left hand side of the window under tasks choose> change desktop icons> make sure there is a check mark in the box next to Recycle Bin.
