A quick glance shows this...
C:\Windows\system32\SearchFilterHost.exe
Which is part of the indexing service, which for 'home' use isn't really needed. The indexing service supposedly speeds up file searches, but on a typical home system, the files are too 'fluid' and the indexing service doesn't offer any real gains. Turn it off and see if things improve...I or someone else will go over things in a bit more detail, later, to see if there is also a malware component.

How do i turn it off?
Type "services.msc" in the Run box and then look for the Indexing service...set it to manual.

I didn't see anything that says indexing? does it go under a different name?
I saw something on the lsit called windows search. is that it? all i can do is start or stop it, how do i change it to manual?

I am starting to think the problem is maybe with my Internet explorer. Nothing else on my system is choppy, all programs load right up.
Disable TeaTimer and then...
How to run a scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here (http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe) or Here (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html)
Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.[/QUOTE]
Post the log here...

How do i disable teatimer.exe? do I just ctrl+alt+delete and end process? I just wanna make sure I do everything correct.
TeaTimer is part of Spybot...you can disable it from within Spybot...
To disable TeaTimer and remove its startup entry:
* Go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced Mode > Tools > Resident
o Uncheck (if checked) the following:
Resident "TeaTimer" (Protection of over-all system settings) Active.
To temporarally close TeaTimer and restart it later:
* Right click Spybot's TeaTimer System Tray Icon > click Exit Spybot-S&D Resident.
o TeaTimer closes.
* Restart TeaTimer:
o Using Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy.
o Double click TeaTimer.exe to start it.

In my spybot i followed all the steps all thats in there is a resident box it doesnt say anything about teatimer. is that the box you are talking about?
Yeah...for MBAM it should probably be prevented from starting, as opposed to just shutting it off.

Here are the things I have done so far.
I defragged the system
did a disk cleanup
did the hijack this log
Full system scan with Spybot
And ran the Malware scan
If there is a Search Indexing option on the control panel, then it is running and you should be able to use th control panel applet to at least disable the indexing of xml files.
