I am looking for a power supply for my home use computer with no gaming in the future.I will be using Windows XP Pro 32 bit and no extra vid card.I need to know which would be better a single or two rail supply at around 400 to 450 watts?

list of components so far still need a good p/s.have read that single rail 400w with around 30 amps non modular would be a better choice than multible rails and modular cable?still need to find memory for a Windows 32 bit xp.Thanks
