My sister who lives in a different state has not been able to access her hotmail or even get into msn.com recently. They needed to do a system restore recently due to an isp firewall issue. After that the only web site that does not work has been msn/hotmail. Some of the things I've tried with her is removing all firewalls and anti-viruses. I have added msn/hotmail sites to trusted as well as removed all restricted sites. I have had her do ipconfig /flushdns (i saw in anotehr forum). Any other solutions that I can try?
