im going to make a custom build, i have 1040 dollars in hard cash and $200 of best buy gift cards

i would change the MOBO and GPU

for a MOBO i would get a
P45

and GPU wise
a HD 4870 will fit your budget i think

ok thanks but what do you mean by p45? im still a bit new to computer hardware stuff

By p45 he means the North Bridge chipset that runs the MOBO.
