partition issue

I need help, please.
I had two drives C: and D: on Hd (Windows XP)
D: drive had System Restore files. I tried to move partition to increase space on C drive using Partition magic 8. But instead the driver D: had disappeared (not visible in W Explorer). In Partition Magic I can see SYSTEM_SAV (*) FET2 Logical (see attached picture). So it is there but without letter D: and Windows can’t find it.

What can be done to restore (rename) D: drive with System Restore data ?

Try DiskManagement (run diskmgmt.msc). RClick on SYSTEM_SAV partition and see if you can assign a drive letter there.
