Error loading C:\WINDOWS\System32\jcapgsyf.dll [Archive]

Hello,

I have a problem. Whenever I boot my PC I get the following error.
'Error loading C:\WINDOWS\System32\jcapgsyf.dll.
The specified module could not be found.

I have tried a few things but unsuccessful.
My System:
OS........Windows XP Media Center (SP3)
CPU....... AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800
M/B....... Asus A8N -SLI Premium
RAM....... 3GB Corsair DDR PC3200
Video....... GeForce 8500GT PCIE x16
HDD......... Seagate 250GB SATA.

Any help in solving this problem would be greatly appreciated.
