Poor Video

Hi

I have a Dell Dimension C521 computer running WinXP Pro SP3 and the latest drivers from Dell. The problem is that videos I play on my PC look dark and I can hardly see anything. I know this is not a screen issue because the rest of the screen is perfect. The same files play perfectly well on my work computer. Any ideas what this could be?

Go to the Device manager and and check the VGA driver status.
And second thing try to reinstall your VGA driver once.

Dark like you can still see something, or just black? Does it affect videos played in a web browser (like YouTube)?
