Free Forums creating sites?

I know of Proboards.com, but I was wondering if there were any other sites out there that allowed you to create your own forums without having to code it all out and for free?

There's always Google (http://www.google.ie/search?hl=en&q=free+bulletin+board+site&btnG=Google+Search&meta=) where some are for hosted boards and some are for scripts that you would install yourself on any appropriate site.
